National Health Protest- Enough! A decent Public Health Service now!
Organised by Dublin Council of Trade Unions (DCTU) & ICTU Youth Committee
The Dublin Council of Trade Unions (DCTU) have announced that at 3pm on Saturday March 29th, there will be a huge National Health March: “Enough! For a Decent Public Health System for all!”
This evening many across the trade Union sector came out to the Dáil to show their support and solidarity with agency workers in Ireland. Tonight Siptu organised a protest in support of Agency Workers while the Dail discusses labour law.

The Irish people are the only citizens who will be allowed to vote on the Lisbon Treaty, so we will be voting on behalf of the other 450 million people in Europe who are denied a vote.
A new website was launched as part of the campaign against the EU Treaty.
The Government announced in 2005 that St Luke’s Cancer Hospital was to be close. People Before Profit supports the campaign to Save St. Luke’s Hospital.
The local campaign group opposed to the Poolbeg incinerator in Dublin has launched a legal challenge to the planned facility.
